By purchasing a ticket, visiting our website, or participating in a Bonsai Pop-Up workshop, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Refunds. Tickets may be refunded up to 7 days before the scheduled workshop. After that time, tickets are non-refundable except when Bonsai Pop-Up cancels the event.
Rescheduling. You may request to move your ticket to another workshop by contacting us at least 48 hours before your scheduled event. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Ticket transfers. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify Bonsai Pop-Up before the event with the new attendee's information.
No-shows. Tickets that are not used, transferred, or rescheduled within the applicable timeframe are forfeited.
Event cancellation. If Bonsai Pop-Up cancels or cannot hold a scheduled workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your ticket to another event.
Bonsai workshops are hands-on activities involving plants, soil, wire, pruning tools, and other materials.
Participants are expected to use all tools responsibly and follow instructor and venue safety instructions. Bonsai Pop-Up is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or improper use of tools.
Some workshops may be held at breweries, wineries, bars, or other venues where alcohol is served. Alcohol is never required to participate. Venue rules and applicable laws must be followed at all times.
Participants must be 18 or older unless otherwise stated for a specific event. Any event allowing minors may have additional age or supervision requirements.
Each ticket includes a living bonsai or pre-bonsai tree, along with the materials specified for that workshop.
Because trees are living organisms, individual trees may vary in size, shape, appearance, and condition. Bonsai Pop-Up does not guarantee the long-term health or survival of a tree after it leaves our care.
We provide instruction and basic care information to help you succeed. Ongoing care and maintenance are the owner's responsibility.
Bonsai Pop-Up may photograph or record workshops for use on our website, social media, advertising, and other promotional materials.
By attending an event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or video. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify a Bonsai Pop-Up representative before the workshop begins.
You are responsible for your personal belongings while attending a workshop. Bonsai Pop-Up is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
All content on the Bonsai Pop-Up website — including logos, photographs, graphics, text, and other materials — is owned by or licensed to Bonsai Pop-Up and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, or availability.
When you provide your email address, you may receive information about upcoming workshops, promotions, events, and other Bonsai Pop-Up news.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.
Workshop dates, times, locations, instructors, venues, and other event details may occasionally change.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of significant changes. All participants must also follow the rules and requirements of the venue hosting the workshop.
Bonsai Pop-Up workshops involve ordinary risks associated with hands-on activities, including the use of pruning tools, wire, soil, pots, and other materials.
By participating, you voluntarily accept these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Bonsai Pop-Up and the event venue.
Bonsai Pop-Up may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted on our website. Your continued use of the website or participation in a workshop after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
